 | 12/02-12/05 I went back to Barcelona. I met
Jordi and
Johnny. We had great
dinners and great conversations. I also went to my grandfather's
home town, Batea,
where I visited for the first time a piece of land with olive
trees and pine trees that I inherited when he died 10 years ago. |
| 9/2-23/05: This month I went twice to Asia, once to China and
once to Singapore. Despite the long flights, it was great to be
back to my third home. I especially enjoyed the food in Singapore
and the great views of Pudong from the new JW Marriott in
Shanghai. Unfortunately I missed Marc's first birthday. |
| 8/28/05: Bad news! My schoolmate Ramon Pastor passed away last
Sunday in Barcelona of a heart attack. I lost contact with him
when I left high school, but it is still a shock. He was 43. My
condolences to the family. |
| 8/18/05: In response to some nasty remarks about my city
Barcelona, I put in motion the blog that I always planned and I
never started. |
| 7/23/2005: I am back to Barcelona for a 3
week vacation. I will spend most of my time in Calella de
Palafrugell. I miss so much the food and the Costa Brava. |
| 7/04/2005: I went to Barcelona and I met my friends Lluis,
Lluis and Johnny at the restaurant "Tast de vins". |
| 3/25/2005: My sister was here in
Massachusetts and the whole family went to New York on Easter
weekend. We fought with the traffic but had a good time. |
| 2/04/2005: I attended the "Father and
Daughter" dance with my 6 year old in Massachusetts. We had a
great time dancing together. |
| 1/04/2005: A family of deer visited our
backyard. The mother got pretty close to say hello. |
